Field inspectors obtain compliance with applicable codes and ordinances, by inspecting structural framework, fire and life safety requirements, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The inspectors are responsible for both residential and commercial structures.
Inspections are provided Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 4:00pm (except holidays). Building and Safety's goal is to respond to all inspections requested within 24 hours. Our cutoff is 5:00am for same-day inspections.
