A few of the things that are generally required for permit processing may include some or all of the following:

• A Site Address consisting of street name and number

• Tax Parcel Numbers

• Applicant's name, address, and telephone numbers

• Contractor's name, address, telephone numbers, and Construction Contractors Board (CCB)

• Property Owner(s) name, address and telephone numbers

• A list and signatures of all legal owners of the property (planning)

• A list of nearby property owners (planning)

• A scale drawing of the project

• Engineering certifications for submitted plans
