A few of the things that are generally required for permit processing may include some or all of the following:

• A Site Address consisting of street name, number, and zipcode - to look up an address or owner, Marion County Tax Assessor property records can be used.

• Tax Parcel Number(s)

• Applicant's name, complete address, and telephone number(s)

• Contractor's name, completre address, telephone numbers, Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and any other applicable Licensing

• Property Owner(s) name, complete address and telephone number(s)

• A drawing of the project, to scale

• Engineering certifications for submitted plans

• Payment for plan review and/or permit fees
