Code Compliance - Preserve and enhance the livability of Salem neighborhoods through the enforcement of nuisance, housing, and property maintenance codes.

Multi-Unit Program - Inspect properties requiring licensing, and insure comprehensive safety for the occupants of those buildings by the application of building, fire, and housing codes.

We help maintain and improve the quality of our community by administering a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of municipal codes and land use requirements.
