Highland neighbors joined with Northgate and NESCA Neighborhood Associations to organize the annual North Neighborhoods Concert Series over the summer.  The series, which originated in Highland 16 years ago, in an effort to reclaim their park for family-friendly use, featured some of the best acts from the Willamette Valley and beyond.  These photos were taken at performances featuring Afincando, Scott Gallegos and Ellen Whyte, on the evenings of July 7, 14 and 28, 2009.
