b.  HIS11-45, 170 Myers Street S:  Major Discretionary Review of a proposal to nominate to the Local Historic Resource Inventory the Joseph P. Stirniman House, constructed in 1925 and significant as a typical Bungalow within the Fairrmount neighborhood, on property approximately .146 acres in size, zoned RS (Single Family Residential), and located at 170 Myers Street S, 97302.
