the Planning Commission at public hearings. Each person’s comments will be

for property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Orchard Heights and Doaks Ferry Roads NW (Cecilia DeSantis Urbani; curbani@cityofsalem.net)
To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan map designation from "Developing Residential" to
"Mixed-Use"; (2) To change the West Salem Neighborhood Plan map designation from "Single/Multi-Family"
to "Center"; AND (3) To change the zone district from RA (Residential Agriculture) to NCMU
(Neighborhood Center Mixed Use Neighborhood) for property approximately 15 acres at the NW corner of
the intersection of Orchard Heights and Doaks Ferry Rds NW, Polk County Assessor's map and
tax lot #073W17B 00400.

6.3 Amendment to the Salem Transportation System Plan related to Colorado Dr NW (Cecilia DeSantis Urbani;
curbani@cityofsalem.net)
To consider amendments to the Salem Transportation System Plan for the realignment of the extension of
a future collector street, Colorado Dr NW.

NEXT MEETING: JANUARY 10, 2012 AT 5:30 P.M.
