On July 1, there are two changes of note to the Salem Public Library meeting room offerings:
1) We are rolling out a simplified meeting room rate schedule that continues to offer some of the most affordable meeting rooms around.
2) A new room, the Library Board Room, located on the upper floor of the library overlooking Peace Plaza, is available. The room seats about 12 comfortably and offers smaller tables for more flexible seating arrangements. This room also features a small kitchenette that is available for use during meetings.
Salem Public Library has meeting rooms available for rent to both public and private groups. Rooms vary by size, function and cost. Food service for all functions held in the Library meeting rooms should be arranged through the Queen of Tarts Bakery & Cafe, located on the library's lower level. All meeting room reservations must be made through the Library Administration Office:
