Consumer Reports - Provides searchable access to all articles printed in Consumer Reports for the past seven years. Consumer Reports® and ConsumerReports.org® are published by Consumers Union, an expert, independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to work for a fair, just, and safe marketplace for all consumers and to empower consumers to protect themselves.

HeritageQuest - HeritageQuest includes Census images starting in 1790, over 7,900 family histories, over 6,500 journals from the PERiodical Source Index, 81,000 Revolutionary War Era pensions, and Freedman's Bank records, which was founded to serve African Americans. Used in conjunction with Ancestry.com, HeritageQuest is a great tool for family history.

Mitchell On-Demand - An excellent resource for anyone interested in auto repair. Users can look up specifications, flow charts, technical service bulletins, repair information and wiring diagrams for imported and domestic cars from 1983- present. Select the year, make and model and On Demand will display the relevant repair information.

ValueLine - Value Line is an investment publication that provides current and projected stock information for thousands of companies. Industry reviews are also included. New issues of Value Line are available each week. Salem Public Library provides access to both the standard and the small/mid-cap editions of Value Line.
