4.1 Comprehensive Plan Change No. 08-11 for property located at
6054 - 6084 Commercial St SE (Bryce Bishop;
bbishop@cityofsalem.net)
To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan map designation from
"Multi-Family Residential" to "Commercial" for property zoned CG
(Commercial General) with South Gateway Overlay, totaling approximately
0.49 acres in size, and located at 6054-6084 Commercial Street SE
(Marion County Assessor's Map and Tax Lot Number: 083W23BA/200 & 300).
Recommended Action: Approve
4.2 Comprehensive Plan Change/Zone Change No. 08-9 for property
located at the Southeast Corner of Madras St SE and Commercial
St SE (Lisa Anderson-Ogilvie; lmanderson@cityofsalem.net)
To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan map designation
from "Multi-Family Residential" to "Commercial" and the zone
district from RM2 (Multiple Family Residential) to CR (Commercial
Retail) for property approximately 2.46 acres in size and located at
the SE Corner of Madras and Commercial Street SE (Marion County
Assessor's map and tax lot number 083W23A 0802).
Recommended Action: Approve
4.3 Comprehensive Plan Change/Zone Change No. 08-10 for property
located at the 5200 Block of Caplinger Rd SE (Lisa Anderson-Ogilvie;
lmanderson@cityofsalem.net)
To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan map designation from
"Industrial" to "Multi-Family Residential" and the zone district from IBC
(Industrial Business Campus) to RM2 (Multiple Family Residential) for
property approximately 8.16 acres in size and located in the 5200 Block
of Caplinger Road SE (Marion County Assessor's map and tax lot number
072W32D 01000).
Recommended Action: Approve
