Drug Activity Complaints can be reported to the Community Response Section (CRS) via telephone, mail or through our new web-based form.

If you would like to submit a complaint via phone, please call (503)315-2566. If you would like to submit a complaint via mail, click here to download the form in PDF format. Print out the form, complete it as best you can and send it to the Salem Police Department, ATTN: CRS, 555 Liberty Street SE #130, Salem OR 97301. If you would like to submit a complaint via email, use the form below.

The following information will be needed before your complaint can be processed:

Your name; your telephone number; and the exact address where the activity is occurring. Due to the increased number of drug house complaints and vague information we often receive, we are no longer responding to Drug House Complaints from anonymous complainants. Also include a brief description of the activity you have observed.
