On November 20, 2006, the Urban Renewal Agency approved the sale and redevelopment of the 295 Church Street SE property, a vacant half-acre lot occupying the southeast corner of the block between Church and High Streets SE, to Cascadia Development LLC (Cascadia).
Cascadia constructed a five story building with three floors of residential, including a condominium unit for Salem’s public access TV station Capital Community Television (CCTV), a new facility for the City of Salem Information Technology Department (IT), and a small privately owned retail space. |
