On March 8, 2010, the Agency Board approved $75,000 for the Downtown Strategic Action Plan (Action Plan) to develop tools for the Downtown Advisory Board to determine how best to leverage Riverfront-Downtown Urban Renewal Area resources in its recommendations to the Agency Board.
The Action Plan is expected to provide the framework to better leverage and sequence future urban renewal investments by identifying potential impediments both in physical infrastructure and regulatory or policy framework to developing the downtown and recommending near-term and longer term strategies for maintaining a vibrant downtown.
