WSRAB recommends
5th Alternative

The Plan identified opportunities for redevelopment and new development and recommended public facility and transportation improvements necessary to revitalize the area.  The Plan incorporated the common vision of affected property owners, local residents, area businesses, state agencies, the City of Salem and Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Salem, and other community stakeholders.
