Pringle Creek Urban Renewal Area

Salmon Run is a unique mixed-use three-story, 22,305 square foot building south of Pringle Parkade. The building has 15,300 square feet of office space and six condominium units on the third floor. The project is served by an elevator and has on-site garages for the housing units. Parking space requirements are satisfied with an agreement with the City to use available parking spaces in the Pringle Parkade. A skybridge was constructed to connect the building to the parkade. Demolition of the pre-existing building known as Five Oaks was accomplished and construction of Salmon Run began Spring of 2004. The commercial space was available and rented by June 2005 with the residential units completed, sold and occupied by August of 2005.
