Housing and Social Services Division
Administering the City's federally funded block grant, housing and social service funds to support affordable housing and other programs serving low income residents of Salem and Keizer. The Housing and Social Services Division focuses on core services that benefit the economic development of the community, including housing and social services.
Salem Housing AuthorityServes low-income individuals or families in Salem-Keizer, provides the opportunity to live in decent, affordable housing and move toward self sufficiency. Offers rental assistance and self-sufficiency training. Federal ProgramsManages the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership entitlement from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. |
