For those customers who have received a shut off notice or need to have payments posted immediately, please call the Customer Services Section at 503-588-6099 or pay in person at the Civic Center, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 230.

To utilize making online payments for your utility bill, you will need either Netscape Navigator 7.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0. Also, your browser must be enabled for both JavaScript and Cookies. To enable your browser for JavaScript or Cookies, please consult your browser documentation.
