Scientists have discovered that learning multiple languages is best started during infancy. Babies from birth through 18 months are invited to bring an adult to a bilingual babytime every Wednesday. Adults do not need to speak Spanish to participate.

Los científicos han descubierto que aprender múltiples idiomas se empieza mejor durante la infancia. Los bebés de entre el nacimiento y 12 meses son invitados a traer un adulto a Cuentos Bilingües para Bebés todos los miércoles a la 1:30 p.m. empezando el 5 de julio. Los adultos no necesitan hablar ingles para participar.

You'll enjoy a day full of music with headliners MercyMe and Jeremy Camp backed by a stellar group of artists — Red, Britt Nicole, Trip Lee, and our winner of the Opening Act Contest, Faithful to One. It's seven hours of music and fun for the whole family you won't want to miss!

Join Courthouse Fitness, Salem Health, Salem Electric and the Boys & Girls Club of Salem on Saturday, August 23rd for the third annual Tri4Kids Youth Triathlon.

The Tri4Kids triathlon is Salem’s multi-sport challenge for kids, comprised of swimming, running and cycling. This triathlon is designed for kids ages 6 to 12. For many kids, this will be first opportunity to experience the joy of completing a triathlon. We encourage kids of any fitness level to join in on the fun and the challenge.
 
Before August 1st:
•$30 for first youth per family
•$20 for each additional youth per family
After August 1st:
•$35 for first youth per family
•$25 for each additional youth per family
