General Rental Listings

Privately owned or managed rental housing is available to the general public at market rate.  Each property manages its own waiting list.  Contact landlords directly to find out how to apply for these housing opportunities.  Housing Choice Vouchers may be accepted.   Lists are updated weekly.        1 Bedroom Units       2 Bedroom Units        3+ Bedroom Units

HUD Rental Housings

HUD privately-owned or managed rental housing is subsidized directly through the private landlord and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Some of the properties are 100% subsidized, some have a mix of subsidized units as well as market rate units, and others allow the use of a Housing Choice Voucher. Each property manages its own waiting list and vacancies. Contact private landlords directly to find out how to apply for these housing opportunities.   Find HUD subsidized rentals that do not require a voucher:  HUD Subsidized Apartment Search (non-Voucher)
