Volunteers are a great asset to the recreation programs and classes offered by the City. Not all of the same classes are offered all the time, but we can always benefit from volunteers!
 
 
COUNTRY Kids Relays, Summer Parks Program, etc.

Volunteer candidates are required to complete a English volunteer application or Spanish volunteer application (pdf). A mandatory criminal background check is conducted on each volunteer prior to service.

Volunteers for year-round and summer service-learning clubs, camps and projects.

Volunteers needed for the One Thousand Soles community shoe drive including STREET TEAM members (shoe collection pick-ups at various locations) and shoe processing at the Ike Box Cafe in downtown Salem.
