Welcome to the Parks Revenue and Master Plan Update web page. In 2008, The City began the process to update the 1999 Parks Comprehensive Master Plan. In 2009, Parks Operations and Planning transitioned into the Public Works Department under the heading of Parks and Transportation Services. This transitional process placed a hold on the master plan effort until fall of 2010.
