In 1996, flooding damaged the building beyond repair. Urban Renewal Agency funds allowed for a full reconstruction of Pringle Hall in 2002.

This facility is available for rent 365 days each year and accomodates every type of activity from business meetings to weddings and receptions. There is a full service kitchen, two meeting rooms, and even an outside patio area if the weather permits outside use.
