Our one-stop shopping resource for development permits and City License information. Stop in and ask us questions from 8-5, Monday through Friday.

Inspection Request:

Inspection requests made easy and convenient. Fill-out the online form and hit submit any time of day.

Land Use Application:

We've created a series of timelines for various land use applications to make the process easier to understand.

Fees:

Call us at 503-588-6256 for help estimating fees for Building and Safety plan review, related permits, and City Licenses.

Pre-Application Conferences:

Meet with City Planning staff prior to investing in a formal submittal. Planning Staff can begin a preliminary review of your plans, discuss Division approval timelines, fees, local regulations, etc.

Special Permits:

Public Works administers a variety of special permits as do other Divisions and workgroups, such as permits for opening a sidewalk cafe or hanging banners or signs.
