Electronic Commerce / Enterprise Zones:

Firms bringing new industrial or manufacturing jobs to the community may qualify for up to five years property tax exemption. Firms in electronic commerce may be eligible for three year income and corporate excise tax exemption.

In each of the City's eight urban renewal areas, funding may be available to support investments in key locations and opportunity sites.
