     * (a) Major Amendment to the Pringle Creek Urban Renewal Plan to Add a Project - Ward 2 - Councilor Tesler - CAN-DO     (UD)

    Recommended Action:  Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board forward the proposed to add a project called 295 Church Street SE to the Pringle Creek Urban Renewal Plan to the City Council for consideration.


     (b) Resolution No. 06-22 URA Adopting a Policy Regarding the Compensation of Brokers    (UD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board adopt Resolution No. 06-22 URA establishing the policy for compensation of real estate brokers, attached in the staff report.

 


      (c) Reappointments/Appointments to Various Urban Renewal Agency Advisory Boards

      Recommended Action: The Agency Appointments Committee recommends reappointment/appointment of the candidates listed below in the Facts and Findings section of the staff report.

    (a) Completion of Industrial Site Certification for the “Gaffin Road Property”     (5730 Culver Drive SE) - Ward 2 - Councilor Tesler - SEMCA     (UD)    
  
    Recommended Action: Staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager to expend up to $38,000 of Enterprise Zone Repayment funds for limited environmental testing and wetland mitigation planning in order to complete the State of Oregon Industrial Site Certification process for the City-owned property addressed as 5730 Culver Drive SE and commonly known as the “Gaffin Road Property”.

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that City Council withdraw the Territory from the Salem Suburban Rural Fire Protection District.

    (b) Withdrawal from Special District of Territory Approved for Annexation by the Voters Located North of Mildred Lane SE and West of Sunnyside Road SE (957 Mildred Lane) (Annexation Case No. C-604) (Ballot Measure 24-173) - Ward 4 - Councilor Sullivan - South Gateway     (CD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that City Council withdraw the Territory from the Salem Suburban Rural Fire Protection District.

     (c) Withdrawal from Special District of Territory Approved for Annexation by the Voters Located South of Cinnamon Hill Drvie SE and East of Sunnyside Road Area (Annexation Case No. C-605) (Ballot Measure 24-212) - Ward 4 - Councilor Sullivan - South Gateway     (CD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that City Council withdraw the Territory from the Salem Suburban Rural Fire Protection District.


     (d) Withdrawal from Special Districts of Territory Approved for Annexation by the Voters Located North of Ward Court NE and West of Ward Drive NE (4422 - 4424 Remington Place NE Private Way) (Annexation Case No. C-607) (Ballot Measure 24-175) - Ward 5 - Councilor Stucky - Northgate     (CD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that City Council withdraw the Territory from Marion County Fire District #1 and the East Salem Service District.
