      (a) Disposal of Four Contiguous Vacant Parcels (4768, 4776, 4780 Niles Avenue NE and Tax Lot 73W01AC 600) - Ward 5 - Board Member Stucky - Northgate (UD)

  Recommended Action:  Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board authorize the sale of 4768, 4776, 4780 Niles Avenue NE and tax lot 73W01AC 600 on the following terms: 1) Accept an offer of $99,000 which included a 10% non-refundable deposit upon bid acceptance, and which was timely submitted as a sealed bid in accordance with the Agency’s advertisement; and, 2) That the property be developed in accordance with the development proposal description and proposed schedule in compliance with the North Gateway Urban Renewal Plan.
