     D.1 ACTION ITEMS:
     
    (a) 4769 Niles Avenue NE Property Sale - Ward 5 - Board Member Tarter - Northgate     (UD)

    Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board provide authority to the Executive Director to execute a Purchase and Sale agreement (PSA) on the same terms as Attachment A of the staff report, in order to sell two combined adjacent parcels totaling 12,954 square feet located at 4769 Niles Avenue NE.

*  (b) Approval of Four Condominium Documents for the 295 Church Street Project - Ward 2 - Board Member Tesler - CAN-DO     (UD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) approve four condominium documents establishing the condominium project including the condominium unit for future use by Capital Community Television (CCTV) and the condominium unit for future use by the City of Salem’s Information Technology Department (IT) at 295 Church Street which define common responsibilities, maintenance costs, and assessments for a reserve account to support the finished condominium building.

*  (c) Purchase and Sale Agreement for Agency Owned Property at 295 Church Street SE - Ward 2 - Board Member Tesler - CAN-DO     (UD)

     Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Cascadia Development, LLC for Agency owned property at 295 Church Street SE (Attachment A of the staff report).
