  Recommended Action:  Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) adopt Resolution No. 08-1 URA approving a minor amendment to the South Waterfront Urban Renewal Plan to clarify the scope of the streetscape improvement project for Commercial Street SE to expressly include undergrounding of electrical power and communications system.

 (b) Resolution No. 08-2 URA Approving a Minor Amendment to the South Waterfront Urban Renewal Plan to Make Minor Corrections to the Legal Description - Ward 2  - Board Member Tesler - CAN-DO and SCAN    (UD)

  Recommended Action:  Staff recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) adopt Resolution No. 08-2 URA approving a minor amendment to the South Waterfront Urban Renewal Plan to make minor corrections to the legal description.

   Recommended Action:  Staff recommends that City Council approve a three-year collective bargaining contract between the City and the Union for a period from July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2010.
