July 24, 2007-Motor Vehicle Accident, Court and Cottage

Salem Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident located at the intersection of Cottage Street NE and Court Street NE on Tuesday July 24, 2007 at 8:53 AM. First arriving fire fighter/paramedics discovered a Lincoln Town car and a Chevrolet Pickup had collided. The driver of the Lincoln Town car, a 55-year old male had to be extricated by firefighter/paramedics and was transported to Salem Hospital in serious condition. The driver of the Pickup, a 60-year old male was evaluated by fire fighter/paramedics and was not transported.
