3. ALTERATION / DESIGN REVIEWS

(The format will be a presentation by staff, followed by a presentation from the applicant [15 minutes], testimony from other interested persons [5 minutes], a rebuttal opportunity for the applicant [5 minutes], and then Commission deliberations.)

a. HIS08-13, 2600 Center Street SE : Type III discretionary review by the Historic Landmakes Commission of a proposal to relocate Building 60 (morgue) and Building 64 (greenhouse) elsewhere within the Oregon State Hospital Historic District, in preparation for construction of a replacement hospital facility on property zoned PH (Public & Private Hospitals) and generally located at 2600 Center Street NE.

b. HIS08-14, 2600 Center Street NE : Type III discretionary review by the Historic Landmakes Commission of a proposal of a proposal to demolish seven buildings (Nos. 13, 29, 49, 51/61, 53, 58, 75) elevent structures (Nos. 37, 52, 55, 56, 62, 71, 73, 74, 76, 81, 82) and portions of the "J Building" (sections 43, 46, 48, 31-b), all within the Oregon State Hospital Historic District, in preparation for construction of a replacement hospital facility on property zoned PH (Public & Private Hospitals), and generally located at 2600 Center Street NE.
