4.1 Proposed Text Amendments to Salem Revised Code Regarding Chapter 157,
IP, Industrial Park, to allow kennels as a Conditional Use (CA 06-3) (Lisa Van
de Water; lvandewater@cityofsalem.net) 

To amend Salem Revised Code Chapter 157, Industrial Park (IP) Zone, to allow kennels as a conditional use.
Recommended Action:

4.2 Proposed Text Amendments to Salem Revised Code Regarding Chapters 119,
155, 156, 157 and 158 for the Purpose of Allowing Existing Single-Family
Dwellings to be Allowed as a Special Use (CA 06-4) (Lisa Van de Water;
lvandewater@cityofsalem.net)

To amend Salem Revised Code Chapters 119, 155, 156, 157 and 158 for the purpose of allowing existing legal, nonconforming, single-family dwellings built prior to February 1, 1993, to be allowed outright as a special use in the IC (Industrial Commercial), IBC (Industrial Business Campus), IP (Industrial Park), and IG (General Industrial) zone districts.

4.3 McGilchrist Urban Renewal Plan and Report (Dan Riordan;

To review and comment on the proposed McGilchrist Urban Renewal Plan and report.
