               To subdivide approximately 1.73 acres into ten (10) lots ranging in size
               from approximately 5,134 square feet to 6,694 square feet for property
               zoned  RS (Single- Family Residential ) and located at 1845 Brookside
               Avenue NW (Polk County Map and Tax Lot Number: 073W08DD00100).
               Recommended Action: Adopt Report
