  3.    APPEARANCE OF INTERESTED CITIZENS, NEIGHBORHOOD
         ORGANIZATIONS, AND ADVISORY COMMITTEES

  4.    PUBLIC HEARINGS:  Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. unless
         otherwise noted.  The statement of criteria will be read
         at the beginning of the hearings.

         4.1    Code Amendment No. 07-1 - Amending Salem Revised
                  Code Chapter 156 (IBC, Industrial Business Campus) 
                  (Lisa Van de Water; lisavandewater@cityofsalem.net)
                  To amend Salem Revised Code Chapter 156, Industrial
                  Business Campus (IBC) Zone, to allow commercial research
                  and development laboratories and remove the minimum
                  area restriction.
                  Recommended Action: Adopt Report

        4.2    Comprehensive Plan Change / Zone Change No. 06-16 -  
                 at the 3000 Block of Cherry Ave NE  (Kevin Russell;
                 krussell@cityofsalem.net)
                 To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan Map
                 designation from “Commercial” and “Industrial” to
                 “Industrial Commercial” and to change the zoning
                 from CR (Retail Commercial), IP (Industrial Park) and
                 IG (General Industrial) to IC (Industrial Commercial)
                 for a 22-acre site located at the 3000 Block of Cherry
                 Avenue NE.
                 Recommended Action: Adopt Report

       4.3    Comprehensive Plan Change / Zone Change No. 07-1 - 
                3930, 3990, and 3992 Fairview Industrial Drive SE 
                (Kevin Russell; krussell@cityofsalem.net)
                To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan Map 
                designation from “Industrial” to “Industrial Commercial”
                and to change the zoning from IBC (Industrial Business
                Campus) to IC (Industrial Commercial) for a 63-acre site
                located at 3930, 3990 and 3992 Fairview Industrial
                Drive SE. 
                Recommended Action:  Adopt Report
