4.      PUBLIC HEARINGS:  Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. unless
         otherwise noted.  The statement of criteria will be read at
         the beginning of the hearings.

       4.1    Appeal of Administrative Decision for Replat No. 07-8 for property 
                located at 4670 Southampton Dr SE  (Lisa Anderson;
                lmanderson@cityofsalem.net)
                A replat to reconfigure the common boundaries between Lot 14 and
               15 of Hampton Springs Subdivision and Lot 10 of Cambridge View Subdivision,
               resulting in an adjusted lot area for Lot 14 of approximately 9,567 square feet,
               an adjusted lot area of Lot 15 of approximately 10,163 square feet, and an
               adjusted lot area of approximately 8,157 square feet for property located in
               an RS (Single Family Residential) zone, located at 4651 Desiree Court SE,
               4670 Southampton Drive SE and 4680 Southampton Drive SE (Marion County
               Assessor’s Map and Tax Lot Number 083W11DB / 8900, 9000, and 10200). 
               Recommended Action: Adopt Report
