4.      PUBLIC HEARINGS:  Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. unless
         otherwise noted.  The statement of criteria will be read at
         the beginning of the hearings.

4.1     Proposed Text Amendments to Salem Revised Code  
          Chapter 121, Planned Unit Development (PUD)
          Requirements (CA 07-5)   (Cecilia Urbani; curbani@
          cityofsalem.net)
          To add criteria for approval, clarify the relationship
          between the PUD chapter and subdivision code (SRC
          Chapter 63), and allow the use of deferred improvement
          agreements as a condition of approval.
             Recommended Action:  Adopt Report

4.2    Comprehensive Plan Change/Neighborhood Plan Change/
         Zone Change No. 08-5 for property located at 1976 Davis Rd S 
         (Kim Moreland; kmoreland@cityofsalem.net)
         To change the Salem Area Comprehensive Plan Map designation
         from "Developing Residential" to "Multi-Family Residential", to
         change the Sunnyslope Neighborhood Plan designation from
         “Single-Family” to Multifamily,” and to change the zoning from
         Marion County UT-10 (Urban Transition - 10 Acres) to City of
         Salem RM1 (Multiple Family Residential) for two parcels
         approximately 3.75 acres and generally located at 1976
         Davis Rd S (Marion County Assessor's Map and Tax Lot Numbers
         (083W16C 00300/00400). 
         Recommended Action:   Adopt Report

                   Plan designation from “Single Family” to “Multifamily,” and to
                   change the zoning from Marion County UT-5 (Urban Transition
                   - 5 acres) to City of Salem RM1 (Multiple Family Residential) for
                   property approximately 1.61 acres in size and located at 4963
                   Center St NE (Marion County Assessor's Map and Tax Lot
                   Number:  072W29BA00200).
                   Recommended Action:  Adopt Report
