                       High St SE   (David Baltz; dbaltz@cityofsalem.net)
                       To approve a second petition-initiated vacation of
                       unopened Bellevue St SE right-of-way, between
                       Liberty St SE and High St SE, subject to the condition
                       that the adjacent property owners pay an assessment
                       of special benefit in the amount of $79,600.00.
                       Recommended Action:  Approve

                  To add criteria for approval, clarify the relationship between the 
                  planned unit development ordinance and the subdivision ordinance, 
                  and authorize deferred improvement agreements.
                  Recommended Action: Adopt Report
