           Salem Zoning Code, to Establish a Site Plan Review 
           Process (CA 08-2) (Bryan Colbourne;

           To establish a formal site plan review process to ensure
           that commercial and multi-family development occurs in
           a manner consistent with state statutes. 
           Recommended Action: Adopt Report
