         ORGANIZATIONS AND ADVISORY COMMITTEES

4.      PUBLIC HEARINGS:  Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. unless
         otherwise noted.  The statement of criteria will be read at
         the beginning of the hearings.

4.1     Proposed Text Amendments to Salem Revised Code Chapter
          63 (Subdivisions) and Chapter 114 (Proceedings on Land Use
          Actions) for the Purpose of Establishing a Legal Parcel Validation
          Process  (CA 08-3)   (Bryce Bishop; bbishop@cityofsalem.net)
          To consider amendments to Salem Revised Code (SRC) Chapters 
          63 (Subdivisions) and 114 (Proceedings on Land Use Actions) to
          establish a process whereby units of land created through sale,
          prior to January 1, 2007, but not through an approved land
          division process, can be validated as legal parcels.  
          Recommended Action: Adopt Report 

5.     WORK SESSIONS
