                       (CAN-DO), Croisan-Illahe, Faye Wright, Grant, Highland, and
                       Sunnyslope Neighborhood Associations  (Rachel Dixon for
                       CAN-DO, Croisan-Illahe, Faye Wright, Grant, Highland;

                       Recommended Action:  Recommendation to City Council

3.      APPEARANCE OF INTERESTED CITIZENS, NEIGHBORHOOD
         ORGANIZATIONS AND ADVISORY COMMITTEES

4.      PUBLIC HEARINGS:  Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. unless
         otherwise noted.  The statement of criteria will be read at
         the beginning of the hearings.

4.1       Text Amendments to Salem Revised Code Chapters 154
            (Central Business District Zone) and 119 (Special Uses)
            and Chapter 119, Table 119-1 (CA 08-4) (Bryce Bishop;
            bbishop@cityofsalem.net)
            To amend Salem Revised Code (SRC) Chapters 154 (Central
            Business District Zone) and 119 (Special Uses) establishing
            religious organizations as an outright permitted use within
            the CB zone; and modify SRC Chapter 119, Table 119-1 to
            make clarifications within the table and remove sections
            that are no longer applicable.
            Recommended Action: Adopt Report
