| All fees include a Permit Application Center processing/automation fee of $15.00 except Plans Check Fees (G2a-g). Footnotes: The fees and charges levied by this resolution shall be nonrefundable, except, when a person withdraws an application or an appeal, the Community Development Director has the authority to refund all or a portion of the application fee excluding the expenses incurred by the City. In situations where conditions or other requirements would cause the cost of permit administration and enforcement to vary significantly from established permit or service fee, or where service is not listed herein, the Community Development Director shall make an estimate of the cost of service, including overhead, and collect a permit or service fee based upon the actual cost, including overhead, of the service at the close of the process. The estimate shall be used as the basis for a deposit. Deposits and/or bonds held by the City for performance will not be released until all fees and charges are paid in full.
