Salem Transportation System Plan
Providing Mobility for the 21st Century . . .
The Salem Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the City's master plan to guide its actions and investments for the 21st century. The Plan is a comprehensive document containing goals, objectives, policies, projects, and programs needed to provide mobility for the next 25 years. The Salem Transportation System Plan is not just an automobile-oriented plan, but creates mobility options for all modes of travel: automobile, transit, bicycle, pedestrian, and freight movement.
The Salem TSP (most recently updated in July 2007) can be viewed below. Printed copies (purchase price of $38) and CD copies (for free) are available at the Public Works Department, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 325.
