The easy way to pay your ticket.

This service allows the convenience of paying current and/or outstanding parking tickets issued by the City of Salem over a secure website with Visa, MasterCard and eChecks. Once payments are processed, records at the City of Salem will be updated accordingly, and your parking tickets will be marked as paid.

To pay online, violators must have the parking ticket number available along with the vehicle license number to which that ticket was issued.

Transactions entered take three (3) business days to be processed. Please allow sufficient time to ensure your ticket is paid on time. If you have difficulties using the online payment system you may use our phone payment system at 1-866-380-2585 or call Parking Services at 503-588-6133.

Browser Requirements (effective May 14, 2011)
In order to  make an online payment for your parking ticket you must be using one of the following browsers: Firefox version 3.5; Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0; Netscape Navigator version 7.0 Chrome version 10 or Safari version, 3.2.1.  Also, your browser must be enabled for both JavaScript and Cookies.
