Browser Requirements (effective May 14, 2011)
In order to  make an online payment for your Permits and Licenses, you must be using one of the following browsers: Firefox version 3.5; Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0; Netscape Navigator version 7.0 Chrome version 10 or Safari version, 3.2.1.  Also, your browser must be enabled for both JavaScript and Cookies.
