Thank you for using the City of Salem WVCC (911) E-Payment Program. The payments submitted here are for radio and/or phone recording requests.  All recording requests must be previously approved by the responsible agency.

Payments made online are subject to a 72-hour delay in posting to your account. For those customers who need to have payments posted immediately, please pay in person at the Salem Police Records Section.  It is located at the Salem Civic Center, 555 Liberty Street SE in Room 130.
