New Paperless Billing for Utility Customers – Go Green!
Try our new City of Salem Utility Billing website and enroll for paperless billing! Our new website can be accessed on smart phones, tablets, and computers, and offers the following features to Salem utility customers:
- Go paperless by electing to receive online bills
- Receive electronic notifications
- Make online payments
- View current and prior bills
- View account information and history
Visit the new website and register
For registration, you will need a copy of your utility bill with the utility account number and security code, located in the upper right corner. Once you are registered, you can access your online account with your personal login and password.
To get started:
Create a profile by selecting the Register button. Fill out the form, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Submit.
Complete your registration process by following the instructions sent to the email address you provide in the registration form.
When your registration process is complete, associate your utility accounts to your profile. You will need your account number and security code, both located in the upper right corner of your utility bill.
Select your billing option – online only (paperless) or continue to receive paper bills.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and select Submit.
It’s that simple! Now you can view current or prior bills, pay online or view other payment options, and view account information and history!
