The Salem Human Rights & Relations Advisory Commission (HRRAC) generally meets on the second Tuesday of the month (except for December and July), at City Hall (555 Liberty Street SE, Room 305) at 6:00 p.m. (details are noted on the calendar below).
All meetings are open to the public, and attendance is welcomed. If language translation is needed or assistance of any kind, contact the office ahead of time to make arrangements 72 hours ahead. The HRRAC also welcomes all inquiries and requests to be added to the electronic agenda distribution list, which ensures that individuals will be notified about all HRRAC events.
Membership on the HRRAC is open to any Salem area resident. The appointments are by the Mayor of Salem for three-year terms.
