Communication Strategy

Use the city’s website as a communication tool, complete with pod casts and webinars.

Status Update

The city uses the website extensively as a communication tool.  A staff team is working on enhancing the website’s Business page so that it provides information needed by businesses considering locating in Salem.  The Business page upgrades will be completed by early 2008.  When that work is completed, and based on the availability of city resources, staff will begin a feasibility analysis for using the website for pod casts and webinars.
