Redevelop the site of the Boise triangle building in conjunction with the Urban Land Institute study implementation.

Status Update

City staff continue to collaborate with the developer of the Boise property in downtown Salem regarding future land use at the site and to secure safe and efficient public access to the property. The developer's site plan will include the Triangle Building. The developer has indicated market feasibility studies and preliminary design of the site is underway.
