Salem's Image Strategy

Create more opportunities for public-private marketing improvements (way finding, parking lots, finding sponsors).

Status Update

The city installed colorful, new parking garage wayfinding signs this summer.  As resources allow, work will begin on preparing recommendations for downtown wayfinding signs.  The city recently received material from other cities who have designed comprehensive wayfinding systems.  Information will be given to City Council this winter on the expected timeline and cost of a comprehensive system.
