The North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board advises the City Council on conservation, rehabilitation and redevelopment matters within the North Gateway Renewal project area. Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 a.m.

Special membership requirements: Five members shall represent the interests of small and large businesses, property owners and others with financial or occupational interests within the North Gateway Urban Renewal area. Three members will represent the Salem community at-large. Three members will represent the residential areas within and adjacent to the North Gateway Urban Renewal area.
