Great cities have great parks
The Salem Parks Foundation has recently issued four grants totaling $500 grants to improve neighborhood parks throughout Salem. A number of Neighborhood Associations submitted grant proposals describing the park they wanted to enhance, information about the current use and users of the park, what the money would be used for and why their park needed the grant.
